AmpliTaq Gold 360 Master Mix is a ready-to-use 2X PCR master mix that combines AmpliTaq Gold 360 DNA Polymerase, dNTPs and buffer with a 360 GC Enhancer for reliable amplification of routine and GC-rich templates. Its built-in hot-start chemistry reduces non-specific priming for cleaner results, and the premixed format simply needs primers and template added. The 1 mL size provides roughly 40 reactions.
